Marty Music
From 2019 to June 2025, I served as the Production Manager for the Marty Music YouTube channel, one of the largest and most recognized guitar education platforms online. In this role, I oversaw the full video and audio production pipeline. From pre-production planning and shoot coordination to editing, mixing, and final delivery. I managed scheduling, crew, and gear logistics while producing and editing over 250 videos per year at a consistently high standard. I worked closely with Marty to develop creative concepts that resonated with our audience and amplified the channel’s signature tone: approachable, musical, and fun.
In addition to creative execution, I led strategic ideation and content development for collaborations and sponsorships, cultivating strong relationships with a wide range of brand partners. I was also responsible for all multitrack audio recording and post-production mixing, ensuring studio-quality sound across lessons, performances, and product features. Throughout my tenure, I introduced new workflows and emerging production technologies to streamline our process, improve turnaround, and maintain quality at scale. Ultimately helping the channel continue to grow and stay ahead of trends in both guitar culture and online content production.
Inspirado Media
At Inspirado Media, I took the lead on set design, filming, editing, and audio post-production for bespoke, multi-hour courses created with music-centered artists. These courses weren’t just standard lessons, they were carefully crafted storytelling experiences, designed to engage fans and immerse learners in each artist’s unique perspective. I collaborated closely with instructors to ensure that each visual and sonic decision, lighting, composition, camera movement, audio fidelity and graphics, aligned with the artist’s vision and professional brand identity.
Beyond the creative aspects, I worked to integrate each course seamlessly into the artist’s existing marketing pipeline. From pre-production planning through to final delivery and launch, I developed workflows and deliverables that merged with the artist’s digital presence, promotional strategy, and audience expectations. This meant not just creating high-quality content, but also ensuring it landed in the right context, aligned with the artist’s brand, and was ready for real-world distribution and fan engagement.
Matty Matheson
I had the opportunity to consult on the launch and early development of Matty Matheson’s YouTube channel, helping shape the visual style, on-set workflow, and overall production approach. Working closely with the creative team, I assisted in planning gear setups, camera movement strategies, and aesthetic choices that supported the channel’s energetic, personality-driven tone. My work helped establish a clear and cohesive visual identity that translated Matty’s presence and humor into a polished, yet authentic, on-screen experience.
During the first two seasons, I played an active role on set operating the B-camera and contributing to real-time creative decision making. I helped build and document best practices for production workflows, ensuring that new camera operators and crew members could integrate seamlessly as the channel grew. The systems and processes I helped put in place allowed the team to scale efficiently while maintaining consistency and quality across episodes — setting the foundation for a sustainable long-term production pipeline.
Joshua Weissman
I joined Joshua Weissman’s YouTube team as a contract editor, where I quickly adapted to the channel’s distinctive editing style, pacing, and comedic tone. Working within an already-established creative identity, I was responsible for maintaining the visual rhythm and personality that the audience had come to expect while elevating clarity, flow, and storytelling. This required not only strong technical skill, but also intuition for tone, humor, and narrative — ensuring each video felt authentic to Joshua’s voice.
Beyond day-to-day editing, I integrated closely with the team to support a fast-paced and demanding production schedule. I developed workflows, project templates, and repeatable editing systems designed to streamline collaboration and onboard future editors more efficiently. These scalable systems helped strengthen consistency across episodes and provided the team with a more flexible and sustainable post-production pipeline as the channel continued to grow.
Your Korean Dad
I had the amazing opportunity to work with Nick Cho, the man behind the viral @YourKoreanDad TikTok. Nick was new to the YouTube space and wanted help adapting his viral short videos and wholesome content to the platform. This project holds a special space in my heart as it’s so special to be able to bring content to life that makes people feel loved and appreciated.
